How much is delivery?

The good news is, delivery is free for orders over 599 kr. If your order is under 599 kr, a small delivery fee of 80 kr will be charged.

When will I receive my order?

If you order before 17:00 CEST, your items will be delivered within 3 working days. If you order after 17:00 CEST on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday and delivered within 3 working days.

*Please note: your local courier will contact you when your order has been shipped. Don't forget to check your email/texts from PostNord to choose your precise delivery location – otherwise your parcel will not be delivered.*

Additionally, on national holidays it is highly likely our delivery partners will not be making deliveries. Therefore, we ask that you expect a small delay in receiving your Huel order and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to the whole of Sweden, but unfortunately there are a number of postcodes in the Gothenburg archipelago where we cannot send parcels. If your postcode is on the list, we suggest that you order your parcel to an address on the mainland, such as to a friend or family or perhaps to work. Don't forget to add your own name to the address (c/o works fine), so you can pick up the package if it ends up at a pick-up point.

There are also a number of postcodes we can't deliver to due to DPD, who are responsible for the first leg of your parcel’s trip, not being able to drop parcels at the correct depots used by PostNord.

We are looking for alternate solutions, but for the time being, we are not able to deliver to these postcodes.

Who will deliver my order?

We use DPD for deliveries to Sweden, and the local courier is PostNord.

Can I return/cancel my order?

Yes! Any unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Take a look at our Refund and Exchange Policy for more information.

Unfortunately, once you place your order, we can't change or cancel it.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we're made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.
